Improve your ACFT Training by following the steps below:

  1. Download and read the ACFT Prep Guide to familiarize yourself with the program, and to learn how to log/track your personal data

  2. Watch the corresponding videos within the ACFT Prep Guide for further information on each subject

  3. Download ACFT Prep Journal for programming and to log/track personal data

  4. Review the videos within the ACFT Prep Journal to become familiar with the exercise programming

(When printing journal - click “file” > “print” > “no scaling” > select “fit all rows on one page” - This will need to be done for each week)
