H2F TRAINER COURSE
The H2F Trainer Course trains selected soldiers on the basics of strength & conditioning, nutrition, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and the Army’s ready & resilient (R2) program, to act as force multipliers of the H2F team. The trainer course is delivered over the course of five days & culminates with a practical assessment.

Yes, although preference is given to soldiers assigned to the 44th MED BDE.

Since 44th MED BDE is geographically dispersed to Fort Campbell, KY and Fort Stewart, GA, classes will be offered separately at those locations.

You may attend the Fort Liberty course, however, food, lodging, or travel accommodations will not be provided.
